摘 要:以机器人柔性制造生产线为研究对象,运用RobotStudio对生产线进行建模仿真。首先,使用SolidWorks设计了数控机床、质量检测模块、机械手等模型,并基于这些模型搭建了机器人生产线。其次,依据生产线的工艺流程配置了系统I/O,设计了各模块的SMART组件。最后,实施了运动学分析并编制了RAPID程序。仿真结果显示,生产线节拍紧凑,并可根据需要动态调整参数。该生产线建设方案有助于降低实际生产线建设风险,缩短建设周期,节约成本,对机器人上下料生产线的建设和运行具有重要参考价值。Taking the robot flexible manufacturing production line as the research object,RobotStudio is used to model and simulate the production line.Firstly,SolidWorks was used to design models of CNC machine tools,quality inspection modules,and robotic arms,and based on these models,a robot production line was constructed.Secondly,the system I/O was configured based on the production line's process flow,and SMART components for each module were designed.Finally,kinematic analysis was conducted and a RAPID program was developed.The simulation results show that the production line has a compact pace and can dynamically adjust parameters as needed.This production line construction plan helps to reduce the actual risks of production line construction,shorten the construction period,save costs,and has important reference value for the construction and operation of robot loading and unloading production lines.
