高职体育思政:内涵、现状与发展策略研究——以徐州医药高等职业学校为例

摘　　要：在教育改革持续深入的当下,课程思政在高校教育体系中占据关键地位。高职体育课程作为培养学生身体素质与综合素养的核心课程,融入思政元素意义重大。它不仅是落实立德树人根本任务的必要举措,更能促使学生在增强体能时实现思想道德与精神境界的提升。以徐州医药高等职业学校为例,该校作为医药专业人才的重要培养基地,在体育课程中推进思政教育,对塑造学生良好职业素养与道德品质极为关键。本文深入剖析高职体育思政在深化教育强国建设、助推体育强国战略、落实体育育人实效等方面的重要意义,通过对徐州医药高等职业学校的调研,分析当前高职体育思政实施过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出推进策略,力求全方位提升高职体育思政育人实效,助力学生实现全面发展。With the continuous deepening of education reform,ideological and political education in the curriculum occupies a key position in the higher education system.As a core course for cultivating students'physical fitness and comprehensive literacy,the integration of ideological and political elements into vocational physical education courses is of great significance.It is not only a necessary measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,but also to promote the improvement of students'ideological,moral,and spiritual levels while enhancing their physical fitness.Taking Xuzhou Medical Vocational College as an example,as an important training base for medical professionals,the school promotes ideological and political education in physical education courses,which is crucial for shaping students'good professional ethics and moral qualities.This article deeply analyzes the important significance of ideological and political education in vocational college sports in deepening the construction of a strong education country,promoting the strategy of building a strong sports country,and implementing the effectiveness of sports education.Through a survey of Xuzhou Medical Vocational School,the problems in the current implementation process of ideological and political education in vocational college sports are analyzed,and targeted promotion strategies are proposed to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational college sports and help students achieve comprehensive development.
