摘  要:研究并设计了一种割灌机离合器自动化组装系统,旨在解决传统人工装配过程中效率低下和质量不稳定的问题。系统通过先进的机械设计和控制技术,实现了割灌机离合器的全自动组装,包括连接盘、轴承、挡圈等关键组件的精密装配。系统采用了可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)进行精确控制,配合传感器和气动元件,实现了高效、精确的装配过程。实验证明,该系统显著提高了生产效率,确保了产品质量的一致性,并且降低了劳动强度和工伤风险。This paper investigates and designs an automated assembly system for the clutch of a brush cutter,aiming to address the issues of low efficiency and unstable quality in traditional manual assembly processes.The system employs advanced mechanical design and control technology to achieve the fully automated assembly of key components of the clutch,including the connection plate,bearings,and snap rings.A programmable logic controller(PLC)is used for precise control,in conjunction with sensors and pneumatic components,to ensure an efficient and accurate assembly process.Experimental results demonstrate that the system significantly enhances production efficiency,ensures consistency in product quality,and reduces labor intensity and the risk of workplace injuries.
