摘  要:液压挖掘机履带链轨开裂是挖掘机底盘件常见故障之一,但是随着挖掘机作业工况越来越复杂(如矿山工况、石方、岩石等)及整机的机重及驱动力不断提升,对于链轨的损伤也越来越大,链轨的寿命也呈现直线下滑的状态,通过分析链轨造型及过渡设计上存在不足及缺陷,因此通过采用大圆弧及圆弧平滑过渡,降低链轨应力集中,提升链轨寿命。Hydraulic excavator track chain rail cracking is one of the common faults of excavator chassis parts,but with the increasing complexity of excavator working conditions(such as mine working conditions,stone,rock,etc.)and the continuous increase of machine weight and driving force of the whole machine,the damage to the chain rail is also increasing,and the life of the chain rail also shows a straight decline.Through the analysis of the shortcomings and defects in the shape and over-design of the chain rail,the stress concentration of the chain rail is reduced and the life of the chain rail is improved by adopting the large arc and the smooth transition of the arc.
