摘 要:基于学生个性化发展理念,探讨学业导师制在高职院校汽车类专业人才培养中的应用。学业导师制通过导师的全面引导,促进学生学业进步、职业素养提升和个性化发展。结合高职汽车专业特点,提出以学业导师制为核心的人才培养模式,遵循因材施教原则,通过个性化的学业指导、职业规划及实践路径,培养学生专业技能和创新精神。试点案例表明,该模式显著提升了学生学业表现和综合素质,改善了师生关系,为优化高职院校人才培养模式提供了重要参考。Based on the concept of personalized student development,this study explores the application of the academic mentorship system in the training of automotive professionals at vocational colleges.The academic mentorship system promotes students'academic progress,enhancement of professional skills,and personalized growth through comprehensive guidance by mentors.In light of the characteristics of vocational automotive programs,a student-centered training model is proposed that emphasizes tailored academic guidance,career planning,and practical pathways to cultivate professional skills and innovative thinking.Case studies indicate that this model significantly improves students'academic performance and overall competency,strengthens student-mentor relationships,and provides valuable insights for optimizing talent cultivation models in vocational colleges.
