校企文化融合路径探究——以新疆职业大学汽车专业为例

摘　　要：机械行业企业文化特征既塑造了企业的核心竞争力,又为员工提供了明确的行为指南和精神支撑。本文以新疆职业大学与比亚迪汽车销售有限公司建立的校企合作项目为背景,通过梳理校企合作当前开展现状,调研汽车专业学生对校企文化融合的理解与需求,进一步明确了校企合作深度开展是校企文化融合的有效路径之一,并在此基础上探索新的融合思路,为实现校企文化深度融合提供可行性依据。The characteristics of corporate culture in the machinery industry not only shape the core competitiveness of the enterprise,but also provide clear behavioral guidelines and spiritual support for employees.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation project established by Xinjiang Vocational University and BYD Automobile Co.,Ltd.,this paper investigates the understanding and demand of automobile students on the integration of school-enterprise culture by combing the current development mode of school-enterprise cooperation,and further clarifies that the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation is an effective path for school-enterprise cultural integration,and on this basis,explores new integration ideas to provide a feasible basis for the realization of deep integration of school-enterprise culture.
