摘 要:生猪屠宰场因特殊的工作环境及用途,在生猪进场、静养、待宰、屠宰各环节不可避免会携带、滋生大量病原体和细菌,极大影响屠宰场卫生状况。本研究按相关标准对生猪屠宰场的各环节采取规范化消毒处理措施,在消毒清洁前后分别对通道、待宰栏、屠宰车间、屠宰人员办公场所等进行样品采集,对比测定各部位消毒前后的细菌总数,分析其消毒效果。结果显示,规范化的系统消毒对屠宰场的卫生状况有显著性提高。Due to the special working environment and purpose,pig slaughterhouses inevitably carry and breed a large number of pathogens and bacteria at various stages of pig entry,rest,waiting for slaughter,and slaughter,greatly affecting the hygiene conditions of the slaughterhouse.This study adopted standardized disinfection measures for each link of the pig slaughterhouse according to relevant standards.Samples were collected from channels,waiting pens,slaughter workshops,and slaughter personnel offices before and after disinfection and cleaning.The total number of bacteria in each part before and after disinfection was compared and measured to analyze its disinfection effect.The results showed that standardized system disinfection significantly improved the hygiene conditions of slaughterhouses.
