摘 要:本项目将依托中国特色学徒制培养形式,深化校企合作和产教融合,探索并优化“专项培养计划”背景下现场工程师人才培养模式。研究成果将为职业教育现场工程师培养提供可推广的人才培养模式,为职业教育人才培养模式的研究和发展提供新的理论支撑和实践经验。通过研究职业教育现场工程师培养中的资源共建共享机制、基于工作场域的课程体系、以学生为中心的教学体系和企业标准的多维立体评价体系等关键问题,指导分析检验现场工程师人才培养实践,推动中国特色学徒制在职业教育领域的应用和推广,为分析检验领域高质量技术技能复合型人才的培养提供指导。This project will explore and optimize the on-site engineer talent training mode under the background of the“special training plan”base on the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship training form,deepen school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration.The research results will provide a scalable talent training model for on-site engineer training in vocational education,and provide new theoretical support and practical experience for the research and development of vocational education talent training models.By studying key issues such as the mechanism of resource co construction and sharing,the curriculum system based on the workplace,the student-centered teaching system,and the multi-dimensional evaluation system of enterprise standards in the training of on-site engineers in vocational education,we aim to guide,analyze,and test the practice of on-site engineer talent cultivation,promote the application and promotion of the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system in the field of vocational education,and provide guidance for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skill composite talents in the field of analysis and inspection.
