摘  要:【目的】利用高效液相色谱—氢化物发生原子荧光法(HPLC-HG-AFS)分析谷物食品中砷的四种形态。【方法】采用硝酸提取,微波辅助萃取法对谷物食品中的砷进行形态分离,用高效液相色谱—氢化物发生原子荧光法(HPLC-HG-AFS)对谷物食品中的砷进行形态分析。【结果】四种价态砷都取得了满意的结果。其线性相关系数均在0.9990以上,三价砷为0.9993,五价砷为0.9996,一甲基砷为0.9998,二甲基砷为0.9994;相对标准偏差均在10%以内;样品加标回收率均为90%~110%之间。【结论】该方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、精密度和准确度好、测试速度快、成本低、以及操作便捷等优势。测定取得了满意的结果,可以替代常规标准方法用于谷物食品中砷的形态分析。[Objective]To analyze the four forms of arsenic in cereal foods using high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy(HPLC-HG-AFS).[Methods]Nitric acid extraction and microwave-assisted extraction were used to separate the morphology of arsenic in cereal foods,and the morphology of arsenic in cereal foods was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy(HPLC-HG-AFS).[Results]Satisfactory results were obtained for all four valence forms of arsenic.The linear correlation coefficients were above 0.9990,0.9993 for trivalent arsenic,0.9996 for pentavalent arsenic,0.9998 for monomethylarsenic,0.9994 for dimethylarsenic,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 10%,and the recoveries of the samples spiked with the standardized arsenic were all between 90%and 110%.The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,fast testing speed,low cost and convenient operation,etc.Satisfactory results were obtained,and the method can be used for the morphology analysis of arsenic in cereal foods instead of the conventional standard.
