原发性膀胱印戒细胞癌伴肾透明细胞癌和副神经节瘤1例

摘　　要：本文报道了1例原发性膀胱印戒细胞癌合并肾透明细胞癌及腹膜后副神经节瘤并行腹腔镜同期多部位肿瘤切除术的患者。膀胱印戒细胞癌为膀胱恶性肿瘤中较为少见类型,且同时合并多部位肿瘤更属罕见。本文以此病例为基础,结合相关文献重点分析膀胱印戒细胞癌临床诊治进展。A patient with primary bladder signet ring cell carcinoma complicated with clear cell renal cell carcinoma and retroperitoneal paraganglioma underwent simultaneous laparoscopic resection of multiple-site tumors.Primary bladder signet ring cell carcinoma is a relatively rare type of bladder malignancy,and it is even rarer to have multiple-site tumors at the same time.Based on this case,the progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary bladder signet ring cell carcinoma was analyzed in combination with related literature.
