摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种进行性记忆障碍和认知功能下降为主要表现的神经退行性疾病,目前发病机制尚不明确。已有研究表明AD可能是一种代谢性疾病,与糖脂代谢密切相关。随着微生物-肠-脑轴学说的兴起,肠道菌群与AD关系的研究逐渐成为近年来的研究热点,而肠道菌群又可显著调节机体糖脂代谢水平,故本文综述AD、糖脂代谢及肠道菌群三者之间的关系,旨在为肠道菌群经代谢途径影响AD提供理论基础,为AD发病机制的未来研究提供新的思路。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease mainly manifested by memory and cognitive dysfunction,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Studies have shown that AD may be a metabolic disease,which is closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism.With the rise of the microbe-gut-brain axis theory,gut microbiota and AD have gradually become research hotspots in recent years,and gut microbiota can significantly regulate the level of glucose and lipid metabolism in the body.Therefore,this article reviews AD,glucose and lipid metabolism and The relationship between the three gut microbiota aims to provide a theoretical basis for the influence of gut microbiota on AD through metabolic pathways,and to provide new ideas for future research on the pathogenesis of AD.
