摘　　要：难治性抑郁症(TRD)是一种难以治疗的抑郁症类型,通常对抗抑郁药物和心理治疗无效。近年来,迷走神经刺激(VNS)作为一种新的神经调节技术逐渐成为治疗TRD的一种备选方案。本文通过系统综述现有文献探讨迷走神经刺激在TRD治疗中的应用现状、机制及其疗效,并分析其临床局限性与未来研究方向。Treatment Refractory Depression(TRD)is a type of depression that is difficult to treat and often ineffective with antidepressants and psychotherapy.In recent years,vagus nerve stimulation(VNS)has gradually become an alternative treatment for TRD as a new neuroregulatory technique.This article systematically reviews existing literature to explore the current application status,mechanism,and efficacy of vagus nerve stimulation in the treatment of TRD,and analyzes its clinical limitations and future research directions.
