摘　　要：目的探究黄芪多糖注射液对降低宫颈癌患者放化疗所致不良反应的效果及临床意义。方法选取2022年11月至2023年5月江西省妇幼保健收治的86例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各43例。对照组患者采用放疗与化疗,观察组在对照组方法的基础上联合黄芪多糖注射液治疗,比较两组患者的近期疗效、生活质量水平、不良反应发生率,以及不良反应严重程度。结果观察组治疗后的缓解率、疾病控制率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的不良反应总发生率与不良反应严重程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪多糖注射液作为一种对降低宫颈癌患者放化疗不良反应具有潜在临床意义的中药注射剂,为改善患者生活质量、提高治疗效果提供了一种有益的辅助治疗手段。Objective To explore the effect and clinical significance of Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection on reducing adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in cervical cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with cervical cancer treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy,quality of life,incidence and severity of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the remission rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence and severity of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a traditional Chinese medicine injection with potential clinical significance in reducing the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer,Astragalus Polysaccharide Injection provides a beneficial adjuvant treatment for improving the quality of life of patients and improving the treatment effect.
