摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤(UF)患者正念水平的影响因素,以指导临床干预方案的拟定,提高UF患者的正念水平。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月乐平市中医医院和乐平市人民医院收治的120例UF患者作为研究对象,评估所有患者的正念五因素量表(FFMQ),设计基线资料调查表,对不同资料特征UF患者的FFMQ评分进行比较,分析UF患者正念水平的影响因素。结果120例UF患者的FFMQ评分为(118.65±11.73)分;单因素分析结果显示,不同家庭关怀度、学历、家庭人均月收入及自我效能UF患者的FFMQ评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同肌瘤数目、年龄、肌瘤直径、临床症状、工作、居住地UF患者的FFMQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,学历低(β=0.862,B=12.198,95%CI:10.579~13.817)、家庭关怀度低(β=0.866,B=12.384,95%CI:10.775~13.993)、自我效能低下(β=-0.744,B=-10.733,95%CI:-15.018~-6.449)及家庭人均月收入低(β=-0.727,B=-9.238,95%CI:-13.420~-5.057)是UF患者正念水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论UF患者正念水平较低,学历低、家庭关怀度低、家庭人均月收入低及自我效能低下均是其相关影响因素。Objective To explore the factors influencing the level of mindfulness in patients with uterine fibroid(UF),in order to guide the formulation of clinical intervention programs and improve the level of mindfulness in UF patients.Methods A total of 120 UF patients admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Leping People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,the level of five-factor mindfulness scale(FFMQ)in all patients was evaluated,and a baseline data questionnaire was designed to compare the FFMQ scores of UF patients with different data characteristics,and the influencing factors of mindfulness level of UF patients were analyzed.Results The FFMQ score of 120 UF patients was(118.65±11.73)points.The results of univariate analysis suggested that the FFMQ scores of UF patients with different degree of family care,education,monthly per capita family income and self-efficacy had statistical significances(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis suggested that low education level(β=0.862,B=12.198,95%CI:10.579-13.817),low degree of family care(β=0.866,B=12.384,95%CI:10.775-13.993),low self-efficacy(β=-0.744,B=-10.733,95%CI:-15.018--6.449)and low monthly per capita family income(β=-0.727,B=-9.238,95%CI:-13.420--5.057)were factors influencing the level of mindfulness in UF patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of mindfulness in UF patients is low,and the related factors are low educational background,low degree of family care,low monthly per capita income and low self-efficacy.
