摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴联合复方紫草通络散应用于肺癌化疗后患者的效果。方法回顾性分析2022年5月至2023年7月晋江市医院收治的肺癌化疗后103例患者临床资料,按照不同护理方式分为观察组(n=52)及对照组(n=51)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位联合敷贴复方紫草通络散护理。比较两组患者恶心呕吐控制情况、静脉炎发生率、护理满意度及生活质量。结果观察组恶心呕吐的控制率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉炎的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位联合敷贴复方紫草通络散可减轻肺癌化疗恶心、呕吐、静脉炎等副反应的发生,提高护理满意度及患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with Compound Zicao Tongluo Powder on patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Methods Clinical data of 103 patients with lung cancer treated in Jinjiang Hospital from May 2022 to July 2023 after chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=51)according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with acupoint combined application of Compound Zicao Tongluo Powder on the basis of control group.The control of nausea and vomiting,incidence of phlebitis,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The control rate of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupoint combined application of Compound Zicao Tongluo Powder can reduce the occurrence of side effects such as nausea,vomiting and phlebitis in lung cancer chemotherapy,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
