护士自我调节疲劳对其组织沉默影响的研究

摘　　要：目的了解护士组织沉默与自我调节疲劳的现状,探讨二者的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士组织沉默问卷、自我调节疲劳量表对4所三级甲等医院的815名护士进行调查。结果护士组织沉默得分为(53.78±6.25)分,自我调节疲劳得分为(48.25±6.22)分。护士组织沉默与自我调节疲劳呈正相关性(r=0.622,P<0.01)。年龄、职称、工作年限、自我调节疲劳是影响护士组织沉默的主要因素(均P<0.01)。结论护士组织沉默与自我调节疲劳均处于中等水平。护理管理者可通过减少护士心理能量的消耗,促使其自我调节疲劳得以缓解,提高护士建言献策的积极性,并重点关注年龄较小、职称较低、工作年限较短的护士,进一步降低护士组织沉默。Objective To understand the status quo of organizational silence and self-regulation fatigue in nurses and explore the relationship between them.Methods A total of 815 nurses from four tertiary Class A hospitals were investigated by general data questionnaire,nurse's organization silence questionnaire and self-regulated fatigue scale.Results The nurses'organizational silence score was(53.78±6.25).The self-regulated fatigue score was(48.25±6.22).There was a positive correlation between nurses'organizational silence and self-regulated fatigue(r=0.622,P<0.01).Age,professional title working years and Self-regulated fatigue,were the main factors that influenced nurses'organizational silence(all P<0.01).Conclusions Nurses'organizational silence and self-regulated fatigue are both at medium level.By reducing the consumption of nurses'mental energy,nursing managers can alleviate their self-regulation fatigue,improve the enthusiasm of nurses to give suggestions,and focus on nurses with younger age,lower professional titles and shorter working years,so as to further reduce nurses'organizational silence.
