摘 要:为解决软土地区路基填料填筑引起的沉降量大、地基处理费用高及填料缺乏等问题,采用收坡式泡沫轻质混凝土路基结构代替传统路基结构,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对典型断面进行结构计算分析,计算不同桩基设计参数、不同填料工况下收坡式泡沫轻质混凝土路基沉降变形特征,并对比分析采用泡沫轻质混凝土和传统填料路基沉降变形的差异性。结果表明,泡沫轻质混凝土填筑路堤模型中基床表层沉降差值约为6 mm,传统路堤填料填筑路堤模型中基床表层沉降差值约为15 mm;相较于传统路基,泡沫轻质混凝土填料能够减小约50%的沉降。工程实例表明,泡沫轻质混凝土结合长短桩加固软土路基具有良好的工程应用性,可降低约25%地基处理费用,为软土地区地基处理提供一种新途径。To solve the problems of large settlement caused by filling materials in soft soil areas,high cost of foundation treatment,and lack of filling materials,the slope harvesting foam lightweight was adopted as the traditional subgrade structure,and ABAQUS finite element software was adopted to calculate and analyzes the structure of typical sections.The settlement deformation characteristics was studied for sloping foam lightweight concrete subgrade under different pile foundation design parameters and different filling conditions,and the differences of settlement deformation of subgrade under foam lightweight concrete and traditional filling were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the settlement difference of the surface layer of the subgrade in the foam lightweight concrete embankment filling model is 6 mm,and the settlement difference of the surface layer of the subgrade in the traditional embankment filling model is 15 mm.Compared with the traditional foam lightweight concrete filler for subgrade,it can reduce the settlement by about 50%.The engineering example shows that the combination of foam lightweight concrete and long short piles to strengthen soft soil subgrade has good engineering applicability,can reduce foundation treatment costs by approximately 25%,which provides a new way for foundation treatment in soft soil areas.
