摘  要:通过数值模拟研究裂隙岩体隧道注浆过程中浆液扩散规律及其影响因素,研究表明,裂隙岩体中的浆液扩散机制受裂隙发育程度、围岩破碎情况、裂隙张开度、裂隙倾角及注浆压力等多因素综合影响。利用UDEC软件对这些因素进行系统分析,以确定合理的浆液扩散半径和注浆加固圈厚度。分析表明,裂隙张开度对浆液压力衰减有显著影响,并存在一个极值点使得浆液扩散距离最大。在裂隙发育岩体中,浆液扩散规律较为复杂,受到多种因素的综合影响。研究结果表明,注浆压力3~4 MPa、注浆孔单层布设、孔距4 m可满足帷幕注浆需求的推荐值。此外,梅花形布孔方式在相同条件下较单层布孔更为有效。In this paper,the law of slurry diffusion and its influencing factors in tunnel grouting of fractured rock mass were studied by numerical simulation.The study shown that the grout diffusion mechanism in fractured rock mass was affected by many factors,such as fracture development degree,surrounding rock breakage,crack opening degree,crack dip Angle and grouting pressure.These factors were analyzed systematically by using UDEC software,and the reasonable grout diffusion radius and grouting reinforcement ring thickness were determined.The results show that,the crack opening has a significant effect on the pressure attenuation of the grout,and there is an extreme point which makes the grout diffusion distance maximum.In fractured rock mass,the law of slurry diffusion is complicated,which is affected by many factors.The research results show that the grouting pressure is 3~4 MPa,the layout of single layer of grouting holes and the distance of 4 m holes are the recommended values to meet the demand of curtain grouting.In addition,the quince-shaped hole arrangement is more effective than the single-layer hole arrangement under the same conditions.
