摘  要:为了提升黏弹性阻尼器的阻尼力和耗能性能,设计了一种以丙烯酸酯黏弹性阻尼材料为基体,经编芳纶网眼织物为增强相的纤维增强黏弹性阻尼器,并根据增强相含量不同制作了3类纤维增强黏弹性阻尼器的缩尺试件。通过不同应变幅值、不同加载频率、不同环境温度以及疲劳往复试验,对3类纤维增强黏弹性阻尼器的基本力学性能进行了研究,并对其最大剪应力、存储剪切模量、损耗因子等力学性能进行比较分析。试验结果表明:在不改变黏弹性阻尼材料基体的基础上,增设增强相能够提高阻尼器的刚度和耗能能力;环境温度、应变幅值、疲劳加载对3类纤维增强黏弹性阻尼器的各项力学性能指标影响显著;加载频率对其力学性能影响不明显。采用Bouc-Wen-Baber-Noori模型得到的模拟结果与试验数据吻合良好。In order to improve the damping force and energy dissipation performance of viscoelastic dampers,a fiber⁃reinforced viscoelastic damper with acrylate viscoelastic damping material as the matrix and warp⁃knitted aramid mesh fabric as the reinforcing phase was designed,and scaled⁃down specimens of three types of fiber⁃reinforced viscoelastic dampers were fabricated according to the different contents of reinforcing phase.The basic mechanical properties of three types of fiber⁃reinforced viscoelastic dampers were studied under different strain amplitudes,loading frequencies,ambient temperature and large strain fatigue loading,and the maximum shear stress,storage shear modulus,loss factor and other mechanical properties were compared and analyzed.The test results show that the stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the damper can be improved by adding a reinforcing phase without changing the matrix of the viscoelastic damping material.The ambient temperature,strain amplitude and fatigue loading have significant effects on the mechanical properties of the three types of fiber⁃reinforced viscoelastic dampers;the loading frequency has no obvious effects on their mechanical properties.The simulated results using Bouc⁃Wen⁃Baber⁃Noori model are well consistent with the experimental results.
