以红色文化涵养初心使命的长效机制构建探析

摘　　要：红色文化具有重要的教化功能,是党员干部涵养初心使命的宝贵资源。新时代新征程,应以引导熏染机制、自我涵育机制、队伍建设机制、制度保障机制为重点,大力构建以红色文化涵养初心使命的长效机制。在构建引导熏染机制方面,应推动宣传引导机制与风气熏染机制协同发力,形成红色文化涵养党员干部初心使命的良好生态;在构建自我涵育机制方面,应加强理论素养、个人修养、工作作风等方面的自我教育,推动党员干部永葆先进性与纯洁性;在构建队伍建设机制方面,应推动准入机制、培养机制、评价机制的全过程优化,夯实红色文化涵养党员干部初心使命的队伍根基;在构建制度保障机制方面,应推动党的初心使命融入党内法规制度建设和法治建设,实现不忘初心、牢记使命的制度落实落地。Red culture is a valuable resource for cultivating the original aspiration and mission of Party members and cadres with important educational functions.In the new era and the new journey,we should focus on guiding and influencing mechanism,self-cultivation mechanism,team building mechanism,institutional guarantee mechanism,and vigorously build a long-term mechanism that upholds the original mission of cultivating red culture.In terms of building a guiding and influencing mechanism,we should promote the coordinated efforts of the propaganda guiding mechanism and the atmosphere influencing mechanism to form a good ecology for cultivating the original intention and mission of Party members and cadres with red culture;In the construction of self-cultivation mechanism,we should strengthen self-education in theoretical literacy,personal accomplishment,work style and other aspects to promote Party members and cadres to always maintain progressiveness and purity;In terms of building a team building mechanism,we should promote the optimization of the entire process of admission mechanism,training mechanism,and evaluation mechanism to consolidate the team foundation of the original intention and mission of cultivating red culture among party members and cadres;In terms of building institutional guarantee mechanisms,we should promote the integration of the Party's original aspiration and mission into the construction of Party regulations and the rule of law to achieve the implementation of the system that never forgetsits original aspiration and mission.
