摘  要:分析了弹性卡圈的弯曲成形工艺和工艺流程,针对零件结构特点,对比了两次弯曲与一次弯曲成形的优缺点,最终确定采用一次弯曲成形工艺方案,并阐述了一次弯曲模的总体结构、工作过程、模具设计难点及主要零部件的设计思路。为了保证弹性卡圈顺利成形及方便脱模,模具采用斜楔滑块机构从两侧施力,实现了2个零件同时弯曲成形,解决了弹性卡圈弯曲成形问题,满足了航空零件精密装配和高性能的使用要求。模具结构设计巧妙,实现了一模多件成形,操作简便、生产效率高,为后续类似复杂弯曲件的模具设计提供参考。The bending forming manufacturability and forming process of the elastic clasp were an⁃alyzed.According to the structural characteristics of the elastic clasp,the advantages and disadvan⁃tages of twice bending and once bending forming were compared,and the once bending forming process was finally adopted.The overall structure,operation process,difficulties in bending die de⁃sign and design ideas and results of main parts of the bending die were described.In order to en⁃sure the precise forming of the elastic clasp and facilitate the workpiece demoulding,the wedge slider mechanism was used on both sides to achieve bending forming of two parts at the same time,which effectively solved the problem of bending forming of the elastic clasp and met the re⁃quirements of precision assembly and high performance of aviation products.The design of the die structure was ingenious,it realized multi-piece forming by using one die,and its operation was simple and the production efficiency was high,which provided references for the subsequent die design of similar complex bending parts.
