摘  要:职业教育教师教学创新团队建设是打造新时代职业教育“双师型”教师队伍的重要举措,在团队建设路径上,深化产教融合,构建“五位一体”教学团队模式,通过科学规划、标准引领、构建平台、打造团队、完善机制,推动教师教学能力、实践能力、科研能力的提升。以成果为导向,梳理团队建设成效,推广团队建设模式,通过总结团队建设经验,理解团队运作的规律,实现团队的长远发展。The construction of the teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers is an important measure to build the"double teacher"team of vocational education in the new era.In the path of team construction,deepen the integration of production and education,build a"fivein-one"teaching team model,and promote the improvement of teachers'teaching ability,practical ability,and scientific research ability through scientific planning,standard guidance,platform building,team building and mechanism improvement.Taking the results-oriented,sort out the ef⁃fectiveness of team building and promote the team building model.By summarizing the experience of team building,to understand the rules of team operation and realize the long-term development of the team.
