摘　　要：秉持多元研究视角,通过分析新疆文旅产业当前融资现状,深入剖析了政府、市场和企业三维资金阻塞的问题——集中体现为金融生态系统陈旧、资金支持体系欠缺与多元化投资主体缺位等现象。为强化新疆文旅产业链中的薄弱环节,可以通过贷款模式创新、股权担保、产业投资基金以及A2P模式引入等渠道,推动其产业的高质量发展。Adhering to a diverse research perspective,this paper analyzes the current financing status of the cultural tourism industry in Xinjiang,and delves into the problem of capital blockages from three dimensions of the government,the market,and the enterprises,which is mainly reflected in the phenomena such as the outdated financial system,the lack of a capital supporting system,and the absence of diversified investment entities.To strengthen the weak links in Xinjiang’s cultural tourism industry,it is necessary to plan a path through innovation of loan models,equity guarantees,industrial investment funds,and the introduction of A2P models to promote the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in Xinjiang.
