摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立以来,中国共产党坚持贯彻马克思主义公平理论和民族理论,切实保障少数民族受高等教育机会权。历经70多年的努力,中国共产党在培养少数民族人才、缩小民族地区与非民族地区的高等教育发展差距、完善保障少数民族受高等教育机会权政策体系方面取得伟大成就。面向未来,保障少数民族受高等教育机会权,还需继续坚持中国共产党的全面领导,贯彻依法治教、因地制宜理念,走国家政策帮扶与少数民族自立自强相结合的发展道路。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Communist Party of China has persisted in implementing the Marxist theory of equity and the theory of nationalities,and has effectively safeguarded the rights of ethnic minorities to access to higher education.After more than 70 years of effort,the Communist Party of China has made great achievements in cultivating talents from ethnic minorities,narrowing the gap between the development of higher education in ethnic and non-ethnic areas,and improving the policy system for safeguarding the right of ethnic minorities to access to higher education.Looking to the future,in order to safeguard the rights of ethnic minorities to access to higher education,it is necessary to continue to adhere to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China,to implement the concepts of education in accordance with the law and local conditions,and to follow the path of development that combines State policy support with the self-reliance and self-improvement of ethnic minorities.
