“00后”高职院校学生加强人生观教育的理论逻辑与实践进路

摘　　要：“00后”高职院校学生的人生观具有人生追求多样但缺乏奋斗精神、人生态度积极但抗挫折能力不强、认同主流价值但不能将个人价值与社会价值紧密结合起来等特点,其形成原因主要是由于信息时代下“00后”高职院校学生的特征发生变化,物质生活水平虽然有了提高,但精神生活未能同时提升。加强人生观教育对培养“00后”高职院校学生担当民族复兴重任意识具有十分重要的作用,有利于“00后”高职院校学生全面发展,有利于加强意识形态领域建设,有利于发扬和践行社会主义核心价值观,有利于增强“00后”高职院校学生的责任担当与家国情怀。为此,职业院校要适当调整思政课中人生观教学内容的设置,强化“00后”高职院校学生担当民族复兴重任的责任意识和担当意识;适当增加人生观教育在学校活动中的比例,积极融入“高职”特色;创新人生观教育模式和方法,引导“00后”高职院校学生从“喜欢”学习到实际“践行”,真正担当起民族复兴重任。The outlook on life of the“post-00”higher vocational college students has the following characteristics:diverse life pursuits but lack of striving spirit,a positive attitude towards life but weak ability to resist setbacks,and identification with main⁃stream value but unable to closely combine personal value with social value.The main reason for this is that the characteristics of the“post-00”higher vocational college students have changed under the information age,although their material living standards have improved,their spiritual life has not been enhanced simultaneously.Strengthening the education of outlook on life plays a very important role in cultivating the sense of responsibility of the“post-00”higher vocational college students towards fulfilling the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation.It is conducive to the all-round development o“f post-00”higher vocational college students,strengthening the construction of ideological and political fields,carrying forward and practicing the core socialist value,and enhanc⁃ing their sense of responsibility and patriotism.Therefore,vocational colleges should appropriately adjust the setting of the teaching content on the outlook on life in ideological and political courses,enhancing the sense of responsibility and commitment of the“post-00”higher vocational college students to shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation.Moreover,it is necessary to appro⁃priately increase the proportion of education of outlook on life in school activities and actively integrate it into the characteristics of“higher vocational education”.Furthermore,it is essential to innovate the models and methods of education of outlook on life.This can guide the“post-00”higher vocational college students to transition from“liking”to“practicing”in a practical sense,enabling them to truly shoulder the the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation.
