摘  要:板蓝根是一种常用中药材,具有多种药理作用,兽用给药因其苦味而影响动物采食。益生菌发酵是我国中草药传统炮制方法之一,具有增效减毒、提高生物利用度和改善风味等功能。为了改善板蓝根口味、丰富板蓝根药效,本实验选用地衣芽孢杆菌发酵板蓝根,以期获得一款口味佳、安全且具有良好效果的兽用潜力制剂。采用单因素优化实验、稀释平板涂布法和多糖含量定时检测等方法,明确了地衣芽孢杆菌发酵板蓝根的培养条件:基础LB为培养基,3%的地衣芽孢杆菌接种量、发酵时长3.5 d、发酵温度为37℃、发酵摇床转速为180 r/min。本研究确定了地衣芽孢杆菌发酵板蓝根最适条件,为板蓝根规范且成本低廉的发酵生产提供了发酵数据依据。Isatidis Radix is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine with multiple pharmacological effects.However,its bitter taste affects animal feeding during veterinary drug administration.Probiotic fermentation,as one of the traditional processing methods of Chinese herbal medicine,has the functions of enhancing efficacy,reducing toxicity,improving bioavailability and modifying flavor.In this experiment,Bacillus licheniformis was selected to ferment Isatidis Radix aiming to obtain a potential veterinary preparation with good taste,safety and satisfactory efficacy.Through single-factor optimization experiment,dilution plate spreading method and polysaccharide content timing detection,the culture conditions for the fermentation of Isatidis Radix by B.licheniformis were clarified as follows:using basic LB medium,with an inoculum amount of 3%of B.licheniformis,a fermentation time of 3.5 days,a fermentation temperature of 37℃,and a shaking speed of 180 r/min.This study determined the optimal conditions for the fermentation of Isatidis Radix by B.licheniformis,thus providing a basis for the standardized and low-cost fermentation production of Isatidis Radix.
