从学校贯通到标准贯通:现代职业教育视野下中高本人才培养模式的转型

摘  要:以学校贯通为特征的中高本人才培养模式,是解决中职学生升学问题的短期办法。现代职业教育视野下,推动中高本贯通人才培养模式的转型,需要建立起基于标准贯通的中高本人才培养模式。其内涵特征包括:各层级职业院校的课改定位明确、建成中高本统一的专业变更筛选机制、建立定向培养与招生考试制度、符合构建技能型社会的多重需要。结合中高本贯通培养模式中存在的现实问题,组建行业需求导向的专业标准集群、制定过程导向的考试制度标准、设置层级分明的培养标准、确立先进严谨的教材开发标准、构造优质高效的课程标准体系,是中高本贯通人才培养模式转型的关键举措,也是当前我国中高本贯通人才培养模式的最低发展任务。China's current through-training model for cultivating talent in secondary and tertiary schools is merely a temporary fix for students transitioning to higher education.To truly enhance talent cultivation,we must embrace a model grounded in standard coherence.This new framework should include:clearly defined curriculum reform positions for schools at all levels,establishment of a unified filter mechanism for changes of subject,development of a targeted training and enrollment system,conformance with the diverse demands of a skill-based society.To address the real challenges,the construction of industry-oriented professional standard clusters,a process-oriented regulation of examination system,hierarchical training standards,rigorous advanced standards for teaching materials development,and a high-quality curriculum standard system is not only critical initiative for transferring the standards in the articulation of secondary and tertiary education talent development model,but also the minimum developmental mission for current talent training models in China.
