摘 要:构建良性发展的导学共同体是新时代提升研究生教育质量的重要路径。基于关系理论的视角,导学共同体可视为研究生和导师基于各自的角色身份在共同参与教学科研活动过程中结成的一种特定社会关系模式,它内在地具有工具型关系、价值型关系和情感型关系维度,且受到导学双方行为的后果性逻辑、适当性逻辑和情感性逻辑影响。一个能够较好承担新时代立德树人根本任务的导学共同体,应该是研究生和导师之间价值相融、教学相长和情感相通的共同体。当前,高校导学共同体构建面临的主要困境表现为导学共同体价值关系的虚无化、工具关系的功利化及情感关系的消极化。鉴于此,有必要探索导学共同体构建的优化路径,重视并不断厚植导学共同体的价值性,正视并有效调节导学共同体的工具性,健全并持续培养导学共同体的情感性,并促进这些维度协同发展。The construction of a benign development of the learning-guiding community is an important way to improve the quality of graduate education in the new era.Based on the perspective of relational theory,the learning-guiding community can be seen as a specific social relationship model formed by graduate students and supervisors in the process of participating in teaching and scientific research activities based on their respective identities.In addition to the educational relationship,the learning-guiding community inherently presents a trinary pattern of instrumental,value-based,and emotional relationship.Their evolution follows the logic of consequence,appropriateness,and emotionality of the behaviors of both sides.The learning-guiding community in the new era should not only take fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people as the fundamental task of education,but also enable graduate students and supervisors to achieve mutual achievement,integrate values,and emotional communication.At present,the learning-guiding community in universities faces problems such as the nihilism of value relations,the utilitarianism of instrumental relationship,and the negativity of emotional relations.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the optimization path of the construction of the learning-guiding community,pay attention to and continuously cultivate its value,face up to and effectively adjust its instrumentality,as well as sound and continually cultivate its emotionality,and promote the coordinated development of these dimensions.
