摘　　要：在教育强国建设背景下,强特色、谋发展、提质量是地方本科高校需要做出的重要战略选择。地方本科高校向应用型大学转型是建设教育强国的应有之义,其转型发展的根本逻辑在于以培育应用型人才为根本目标,以为地方服务为核心价值追求,以特色发展作为转型的突破口。在转型过程中,地方本科高校仍然面临人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等方面的现实困境。对此,地方本科高校要遵循应用型发展导向,强化人才培养的应用性;立足产业化,推动科学研究的应用化;结合地方发展实际,增强服务地方社会的有效性,为教育强国建设提供有力支撑。In the context of leading country in education,strengthening characteristics,seeking development,and improving quality are important strategic choices that local undergraduate universities need to make.The transformation of local undergraduate universities into applied universities is a necessary part of leading country in education.The fundamental logic of its transformation and development lies in cultivating applied talents as the fundamental goal,serving the local area as the core value pursuit,and taking characteristic development as the breakthrough point of transformation.In the process of transformation,local undergraduate universities still face practical difficulties in talent cultivation,scientific research,and social services.In this regard,local undergraduate universities should follow an application-oriented development orientation and strengthen the practicality of talent cultivation;Based on industrialization,promote the application of scientific research;Combining local development reality,enhancing the effectiveness of serving local society,and providing strong support for leading country in education.
