摘 要:为探索心肺血管疾病患者诊疗数据的采集方法,构建心肺血管疾病专病数据库,为提高临床医师和科研人员提供准确全面的数据资料。本文以天津市宝坻区人民医院心肺血管疾病患者的临床诊疗数据为基础,采用ETL的方式实现多源异构数据的抽取与转换、数据治理、数据质控以及数据分级分类和数据安全。完成了专病数据库的建设并投入使用,包括11个一类域,21个二类域和866个数据单元,共计19998例患者的数据资料,并取得了较好的应用效果。心肺血管疾病专病数据库能够提升医务工作者的科研效率,有效助力挖掘真实世界医疗数据的价值。In order to explore the collection method of diagnosis and treatment data of patients with cardiopulmonary vascular diseases,a database of cardiopulmonary vascular diseases was constructed to provide accurate and comprehensive data for clinicians and researchers.Based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of patients with cardiopulmonary vascular diseases in Tianjin Baodi Hospital,this paper uses ETL to realize the extraction and transformation of multi-source heterogeneous data,data governance,data quality control,data classification and data security.The construction of the special disease database has been complete and put into use,including 11 first-class domains,21 second-class domains and 866 data units,a total of 19998 patients'data,and achieved good application results.Cardiopulmonary vascular disease database can improve the scientific research efficiency of medical workers and effectively help to mine the value of real-world medical data.
