摘　　要：精神分裂症是一种病因复杂、临床表现多样的慢性精神疾病,其发病机制和诱发因素尚未完全明确。大量研究表明,精神分裂症患者的起病年龄、临床表现、病程变化、治疗疗效及预后等方面都存在明显的性别差异。这种差异很大程度上归因于性激素水平的不同,其中雌激素成为目前关注的焦点。有研究表明,在精神分裂症治疗过程中辅以雌激素治疗,不仅能改善患者的症状,还能减少抗精神病药物的用药剂量。对雌激素辅助治疗精神分裂症进行系统的阐述,有望为精神分裂症未来的治疗提供新的思路和参考。Schizophrenia is a chronic psychiatric disorder with complex etiology and diverse clinical manifestations,whose pathogenesis and triggering factors remain incompletely understood.Numerous studies have demonstrated significant gender differences in the age of onset,clinical presentation,disease progression,treatment efficacy,and prognosis among patients with schizophrenia.These differences are largely attributed to variations in sex hormone levels,with estrogen emerging as a key focus of research.Some studies suggest that adjunctive estrogen therapy during schizophrenia treatment not only alleviates symptoms but also reduces the required dosage of antipsychotic medications.A systematic review of research on estrogen as an adjunctive treatment for schizophrenia may provide new perspectives and references for future therapeutic strategies.
