摘　　要：目的 分析区域性门静脉高压患者的临床特征,以提高临床医师对区域性门静脉高压的认识及诊疗水平。方法 回顾分析2019年8月至2024年8月首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院收治的4例区域性门静脉高压患者的临床特点,并以regional portal hypertension、区域性门静脉高压等关键词在Pub Med、万方数据库等中英文数据库中检索2019-2024年的相关文献,筛选并总结其中区域性门静脉高压患者临床表现、诊治及预后等特点。结果 入组的4例患者均没有发现明确的肝硬化,但均存在脾功能亢进,均出现严重的消化道出血症状。2例患者行胃镜下止血治疗,2例患者行脾切除术。结论区域性门静脉高压较为少见,但早期的诊断及治疗极其重要,预后较好。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with regional portal hypertension and improve clinicians'understanding and treatment level of regional portal hypertension.Methods The clinical characteristics of 4 patients with regional portal hypertension admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital,Capital Medical University from August 2019 to August 2024 were reviewed,Relevant literatures from 2019 to 2024 was searched by keywords such as regional portal hypertension and so on both Chinese and English databases,then we screened and summarized the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and prognostic characteristics of the cases.Results None of the 4 enrolled patients had definite evidence of cirrhosis,but all exhibited hypersplenism and severe gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms.2 patients underwent gastroscopic hemostasis and 2 patients underwent splenectomy.Conclusions Regional portal hypertension is relatively rare,but early diagnosis and treatment are extremely important,and are associated with a favorable prognosis.
