摘　　要：乳腺癌的发病率逐年增高,现已位居女性恶性肿瘤发病之首。近年来,中医药治疗乳腺癌的相关研究诸多,中医药理论指导下的“辨证施治”“因人制宜”等治疗原则,与现代医学基于不同分子分型的治疗理念相符。吴勉华教授治疗乳腺癌几十余年,基于乳腺癌不同分子分型治疗现状,结合中医药治疗乳腺癌优势,从肝肾论治,中药疏肝补肾缓解激素受体(Hormone receptors,HR)阳性乳腺癌内分泌治疗不良反应;中医药扶正解毒抗三阴性乳腺癌复发转移;中药益气复脉、活血化瘀改善人表皮生长因子受体-2(Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)阳性乳腺癌靶向治疗心脏毒性。文章总结了吴勉华教授分型治疗乳腺癌经验,为乳腺癌治疗提供了全新的思路。Breast cancer incidence has been increasing year by year and has become the most common malignant tumor among women.In recent years,there has been considerable research on the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of breast cancer.The TCM principles of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”and“treatment according to personal constitutions”guided by TCM theory,align well with modern medicine′s treatment approaches based on different molecular types.Professor WU Mianhua has been treating breast cancer for decades,and his experience is based on the current treatment status for various molecular types of breast cancer,integrating the advantages of TCM.From liver and kidney,he adopts liver-soothing and kidney-tonifying Chinese medicines to alleviate hormone receptor-positive(HR+)breast cancer endocrine to treat adverse effects.He employs healthy qi-reinforcing and toxin-removing Chinese medicines to resist recurrence and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer.He uses qi-invigorating,vessels-nourishing,blood-activating,and stasis-resolving Chinese medicines to improve targeted therapy for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive breast cancer to treat heart toxicity.The article summarizes Professor WU Mianhua′s experience with type-based treatment for breast cancer,offering new perspectives and strategies for the treatment of breast cancer.
