摘　　要：目的分析Er:YAG激光联合Nd:YAG激光辅助手术对口腔种植体周围炎患者炎症因子及治疗效果的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2024年8月佛山市中医院收治的64例口腔种植体周围炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(32例)与研究组(32例),两组患者均开展牙周基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者接受Nd:YAG激光辅助治疗,研究组患者行Er:YAG激光联合Nd:YAG激光辅助治疗。比较两组患者的袋内龈沟液炎症因子指标水平及治疗效果、牙周状况。结果①研究组患者治疗后7 d的各袋内龈沟液炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组患者治疗总有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③研究组患者治疗后7 d的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度等指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Er:YAG激光联合Nd:YAG激光辅助手术用于口腔种植体周围炎患者,可改善患者的炎症因子状况,并促种植体周围软组织炎症恢复、提高治疗效果,改善患者的牙周状况。Objective To analyze the effect of Er:YAG laser combined with Nd:YAG laser assisted surgery on inflammatory factors and therapeutic effect in patients with oral peri-implant inflammation.Methods A total of 64 patients with oral peri-implantitis admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(32 cases)and study group(32 cases).Both groups received basic periodontal treatment.On this basis,the control group received Nd:YAG laser treatment,the study group received Er:YAG laser combined with Nd:YAG laser treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,treatment effects and periodontal status were compared between the two groups.Results①The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid of the study group were lower than those of the control group 7 d after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).②The total effective rate of the study group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③The plaque index,sulcus bleeding index and periodontal pocket depth of the study group were lower than those of the control group 7 d after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG laser combined with Nd:YAG laser assisted surgery for patients with oral peri-implant inflammation can improve the status of inflammatory factors in patients,promote the recovery of soft tissue inflammation around the implant,improve the therapeutic effect,and improve the periodontal status of patients.
