中医外治法治疗肝郁血虚型头痛病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察中医外治法(雷火灸、耳穴压豆+手指点穴)治疗肝郁血虚型头痛病患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年10月至2024年3月南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例肝郁血虚型头痛病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,观察组采用中医外治法,比较两组的头痛程度、头痛症状(头痛剧烈程度、持续时间、发作频率)、中医证候疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组头痛程度、头痛症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候疗效高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医外治法治疗肝郁血虚型头痛病临床效果显著,疗效确切可靠,安全性高,值得在临床实践中推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(thunder fire moxibustion,auricular acupoint pressing beans+finger acupoint)in the treatment of patients with headache of liver depression and blood deficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with headache caused by liver depression and blood deficiency admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrahloride Capsule,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The degree of headache,the symptoms(severity,duration and frequency of headache),the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the severity and symptoms of headache score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group was higher than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of liver depression and blood deficiency headache has obvious clinical effect,accurate and reliable efficacy,high safety,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
