摘  要:针对高速铁路无砟轨道板模板安装施工过程中出现的问题,提出一种高速铁路无砟轨道板模板安装与精细化调整技术.在高速铁路无砟轨道板模板安装过程中,建立CPⅢ控制网并进行测设,安装前检查模板,并设计包括安装轨道板、安装底座板和铺设钢轨等步骤的施工流程.准备工作完成后安装模板,随后进行混凝土浇筑施工,并在适当时间拆除模板.根据实际施工情况设计精调顺序,实现精细化调整.试验结果表明:使用该技术可以有效预测和调整不同状态下的各项截面信息,保证高速铁路无砟轨道板模板安装施工的安全性.This paper proposes a novel approach to the installation and fine adjustment of ballastless track slab formwork for high-speed railways.The proposed methodology addresses the challenges encountered during the installation and construction of high-speed railway ballastless track formwork.The establishment of a CPⅢcontrol network,along with the measurement process and the completion of the installation,is paramount during the implementation of the ballastless track slab formwork for high-speed railways.Prior to the initiation of the installation process,it is essential to meticulously inspect the template and formulate a construction process that encompasses the installation of track plates,base plates,and steel rails.Once the preparatory work has been completed,the template is installed.Subsequently,the concrete pouring construction phase is initiated,and the formwork is removed at an appropriate juncture.A precise adjustment sequence is designed based on the actual construction situation in order to achieve the necessary refinements.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed technology is capable of effectively predicting and adjusting various cross-sectional information under different states,thereby ensuring the safety of the installation and construction of ballastless track slab templates for high-speed railways.
