中华优秀传统法律文化融入公安院校课程思政路径探析

摘　　要：中华优秀传统法律文化是中华民族贡献给世界文明的宝贵财富。在公安院校课程思政教学中,有效融入中华优秀传统法律文化,对培养公安院校学生法治文化自信、法治精神、忠诚警魂、职业精神等诸多方面具有不可替代的作用,对公安院校人才培养与公安队伍素质水平提升具有重要意义。要实现此目标,应当深入挖掘中华优秀传统法律文化融合公安教育的思政主题,结合不同课程需要提炼中华优秀传统法律文化的思政元素,丰富中华优秀传统法律文化数字化教学资源,并以比较分析方法使学生感悟中华优秀传统法律文化魅力。最终推动公安院校课程思政创新,实现新时代警务人才的全面发展。China's fine traditional legal cultures are precious contributions to the world civilization.An effective integration of these legal cultures into the curricula-based ideological and political education in public security universities and colleges plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students'confidence in our legal cultures,nurturing their legal spirit,loyal spirit as police officers,and professionalism.This integration is also of great significance for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in such higher educational institutions and improving the competence of police forces.To achieve these objectives,it is imperative to thoroughly explore ideological and political themes around which to integrate China's fine traditional legal cultures into public security education,extract and refine ideological elements from such legal cultures based on specific course requirements,enrich digital teaching resources of China's fine traditional legal cultures,and employ comparative analysis to facilitate students'appreciation of the charm of this cultural legacy.These efforts are anticipated to ultimately drive innovation in curricula-based ideological and political education in public security higher education institutions and realize the comprehensive development of policing professionals in the new era.
