摘　　要：在信息化、机器翻译和人工智能迅速发展的时代,外语教育正经历前所未有的变革,文学在其中的价值也愈发受到挑战。本文从文学在外语教育中的多重作用出发,探讨其不可替代的地位和意义。首先,文学作为语言、翻译及文化的桥梁,在外语教育中提供了深层联结,不仅有助于培养学习者的语言技能,更赋予他们跨文化理解和批判性思维的能力。其次,在人工智能和大数据时代,尽管技术工具能高效总结过往数据,但文学却能通过想象力和创造力超越技术限制,为外语学习注入深度和灵魂。文学的整合性使其成为连接语言学习与文化传承的重要纽带,而其面向未来的独特视野使学习者得以超越技术的局限,拥有人文关怀和全球视野。最后,本文主张在技术赋能的新时代,文学不仅是外语技能培养的重要资源,更是实现外语教育人文性与科学性平衡的关键路径。通过这一研究,本文希望为外语教育改革与发展提供理论支持和实践启示。In an era marked by rapid advancements in information technology, machine translation, and artificial intelligence(AI), foreign language education(FLE) is undergoing unprecedented transformations, with the value of literature increasingly challenged. This study explores the irreplaceable role and significance of literature in FLE through its multifaceted contributions. First, literature serves as a bridge connecting language, translation, and culture,providing deep connections in FLE. Moreover, literature not only enhances language skills but also equips learners with cross-cultural understanding and critical thinking abilities. Second, in the age of AI and big data, while technological tools efficiently summarize historical data, literature transcends the limitations of technology through imagination and creativity, thereby injecting depth and soul into language learning. The integrative nature of literature makes it an essential link between language acquisition and cultural heritage, while its forward-looking vision empowers learners to surpass the constraints of technology, embracing humanistic care and a global perspective. Finally, this study argues that in the technology-driven new era, literature is not only a vital resource for cultivating foreign language skills but also a critical pathway to achieving a balance between the humanistic and scientific dimensions of FLE. Accordingly, we aim to provide theoretical support and practical insights for the reform and development of FLE.
