摘  要:在人工智能深度融入教育领域的当下,教师面临着诸多机遇和挑战。联合国教科文组织于2024年发布《教师人工智能能力框架》,为教师应对人工智能时代的教育转型提供了系统性指导。《教师人工智能能力框架》围绕“以人为本的观念、人工智能伦理、人工智能基础和应用、人工智能教学法及人工智能促进专业发展”五大能力要素,构建了“获取-深化-创造”三级进阶水平,形成了涵盖知识、技能与伦理的15个能力模块。基于《教师人工智能能力框架》的能力要素和进阶水平,探讨人工智能时代教师使用人工智能面临的师生关系、教师角色、伦理规范、专业发展四方面的挑战,并提出提升技术素养与创新能力、融合人文关怀与技术创新、强化伦理意识与责任担当、促进协作学习与专业发展的实践策略,以促进教师人工智能素养的提升,为教师负责且有效地使用人工智能提供参考。In the current era where artificial intelligence(AI)is deeply integrated into the field of education,teachers are confronted with numerous opportunities and challenges.In 2024,UNESCO released the“AI Competency Framework for Teachers”,providing systematic guidance for teachers to cope with the educational transformation in the AI era.Centered around five core competencies-“ethics of AI,AI foundations and applications,AI pedagogy,and AI for professional development”-the“AI Competency Framework for Teachers”constructs a three-tiered progression level of“acquire-deepen-create”,forming 15 competency modules that encompass knowledge,skills,and ethics.Based on the core competencies and progression levels of the“AI Competency Framework for Teachers”,this discussion explores the challenges faced by teachers in using AI in the era of AI in four aspects:teacher-student relationships,teachersrole,ethical norms,and professional development.It also proposes practical strategies to enhance technological literacy and innovation capabilities,integrate humanistic care with technological innovation,strengthen ethical awareness and responsibility,and promote collaborative learning and professional development.These strategies aim to improve teachersAI literacy and provide references for teachers to use AI responsibly and effectively.
