中小学教师数字素养的调查分析:基于西部Y省的数据

摘  要:教师数字素养是教育数字化落地见效的关键支撑。参考我国《教师数字素养》教育行业标准自编调研工具,以西部Y省753位中小学教师为对象进行调研,结果表明:整体上教师自评数字素养表现良好,年轻教师、高学历教师以及班主任教师等群体的数字素养水平更高,教师在数字法治道德规范、数字安全保护以及数字化学习与研究素养方面表现更优,但对数字化的价值认识、新概念的了解及利用数字资源开展教育教学工作的能力有待加强。要进一步提升教师数字素养,可从如下层面协同发力:国家要用好政策工具组合拳,建构素养培育系统;区域要强化数字素养调研,目标靶向精准提升;学校要坚持问题导向,推进学用结合的校本研修;教师要提高数字认识,主动提升数字素养。Teachersdigital literacy serves as a critical foundation for the effective implementation of educational digitalization.Referring to the self-compiled research tool of“Teacher Digital Literacy”,753 primary and secondary school teachers in Province Y,Western China were surveyed.The results indicate that teachers generally rated their digital literacy positively;groups such as young teachers,highly educated teachers,and head teachers demonstrated higher levels of digital literacy;teachers excelled in areas such as digital legal and ethical norms,digital security awareness,and digital learning and research competencies.However,gaps were identified in their understanding of the value of digitalization,familiarity with emerging concepts,and the ability to utilize digital resources for educational practices.To further enhance teachers’digital literacy,collaborative efforts should be undertaken at multiple levels:firstly,national policies should prioritize systematic capacity-building frameworks;secondly,regional authorities should conduct targeted assessments to inform precise interventions;thirdly,schools should adopt problem-oriented approaches to integrate theory and practice through school-based training;lastly,teachers themselves should proactively strengthen their awareness and competencies in digital literacy.
