韩国学界关于韩美日安全合作的研究综述

摘　　要：本文对韩国学界关于韩美日安全合作的研究进行了综合考察,旨在分析这一主题的学术重要性及其未来发展方向。冷战结束后,关于韩美日合作的研究起初以军事合作为核心,但近年来逐渐扩展到经济、技术以及非传统安全领域,形成了关于多层次合作体系的研究趋势。因此,韩国学界日益将韩美日安全合作视为理解东北亚及朝鲜半岛安全环境的关键因素,尤其是在朝核问题与中美博弈加剧的背景下。为详细分析韩国学界关于韩美日安全合作研究趋势的变化,本文将研究时段划分为1990年代与2000年代之后两个阶段,并探讨各阶段的主要变化和学术议题。研究结果显示,1990年代的研究主要围绕冷战结束和国际秩序变化中的韩美日合作必要性及其战略意义展开。而2000年代之后,随着朝核问题的加剧和中美博弈激化,学界的研究逐渐转向探讨安全合作的多层次扩展。特别是2000年代以来,韩国学界不再仅限于军事合作,而是深入研究了韩美日安全合作在经济、技术以及非传统安全等领域的扩展。在综合分析的基础上,本文认为,韩国学界关于韩美日安全合作的研究呈现出以下几个特点:一是强调从传统双边合作向多层次合作和多边安全体系的转型;二是提议为强化韩美日合作,应克服与日本的历史性矛盾;三是注重韩美日在应对非传统安全威胁方面的共同努力;四是主张通过韩美日安全合作提升韩国的安全自主性,并加强其独立角色。This paper provides a comprehensive review of ROK's academic research on ROK-US-Japan security cooperation, aiming to analyze the academic significance of this topic and its future development directions. Following the end of the Cold War, studies on ROK-US-Japan cooperation initially focused on military collaboration. However, in recent years, the scope has gradually expanded to include economic, technological, and non-traditional security domains, forming a research trend toward a multi-level cooperative framework. Consequently, ROK's academia increasingly regards ROK-US-Japan security cooperation as a key factor for understanding the security environment of Northeast Asia and the Korean Peninsula, especially against the backdrop of the heightened DPRK's nuclear threat and intensified US-China strategic competition. To analyze the changing trends in ROK's academic research on ROK-US-Japan security cooperation in detail, this paper divides the study period into two phases: the 1990s and the post-2000s, and explores the main changes and academic topics in each phase. The research results indicate that studies in the 1990s primarily revolved around the necessity and strategic significance of ROK-US-Japan cooperation amidst the end of the Cold War and shifts in the international order. In contrast, post-2000s research, driven by escalating DPRK's nuclear issues and the full-scale US-China strategic competition, gradually shifted to exploring the multi-level expansion of security cooperation. Notably, since the 2000s, ROK's academia has moved beyond merely military cooperation to delve into the expansion of ROK-US-Japan security cooperation across economic, technological, and non-traditional security fields. Based on a comprehensive analysis, this paper concludes that ROK's academic research on ROK-US-Japan security cooperation exhibits the following characteristics: first, an emphasis on transitioning from traditional bilateral cooperation to multi-level cooperation and a multilateral security framework;second, the
