基于层次分析法的宜兴市生态敏感性评价

摘  要:开展生态敏感性评价是判断生态环境状况的手段之一,其评价结果对于区域生态环境保护及可持续发展具有重要的意义。以宜兴市为研究区,采用层次分析法,选用高程、坡度、坡向、土地利用类型和植被指数,对2007—2020年当地生态敏感性进行评价分析。结果表明:(1)2007—2020年,宜兴市生态敏感性以不敏感和低敏感为主,占比近70%,高敏感区和极高敏感区集中分布于西南部;(2)转移矩阵显示不敏感区面积增加主要由低敏感区转变而来,中敏感区增加主要由低敏感区减少导致,极高敏感区增加以高敏感区减少为代价;(3)敏感性降级面积小于升级面积,生态敏感性向更高级别转移的趋势明显。研究结果可为宜兴市后续开展生态环境保护和管理规划工作提供一定的参考。Ecological sensitivity is one of the means to measure the status of the ecological envi⁃ronment,and its evaluation results are of great significance for the protection and sustainable develop⁃ment of the regional ecological environment.Taking Yixing City as the study area,this paper used analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and analyze the ecological sensitivity of Yixing City from 2007 to 2020 by using elevation,slope,aspect,NDVI,and land use.The results showed that:①From 2007 to 2020,the ecological sensitivity of Yixing City was mainly insensitive and low-sensitive,account⁃ing for nearly 70%,and the high-sensitive areas and extremely high-sensitive areas were concen⁃trated in the southwest;②The transition matrix shows that the increase in the area of insensitive areas in Yixing City is mainly due to the transformation from low-sensitive areas,the increase in mediumsensitive areas is mainly due to the decrease in low-sensitive areas,and the increase in extremely sensitive areas comes at the cost of the decrease in high-sensitive areas;③The downgraded sensitiv⁃ity area is smaller than the upgraded area,and there is a clear trend of ecological sensitivity shifting to higher levels.The results of this study can provide a certain reference for the follow-up ecological environmental protection and management planning in Yixing City.
