摘  要:针对失智老人自理能力下降的问题,对失智老人的共性经验模糊化特征进行研究,以此降低他们对新产品的模糊感和排斥感。首先探讨了失智老人共性经验的构成及其模糊化的原因,随后进行了失智老人的共性经验调研,通过整理和归纳将共性经验模糊化分为本能级、提示级、再认级和失认级四个模糊层级,基于此分别提出了要素关联、功能提示、增强反馈和原型替换四个设计策略。这些策略被运用于失智老人寻物产品的造型设计和交互界面设计,可以减少他们在产品认知和实际操作中的模糊性。该研究结果有望应用于设计实践中,以延缓失智症进程并提高失智老人自理能力。To address the problem of declining self-care abilities in elderly people with dementia,this study investigates the fuzzification characteristics of their common experiences to reduce their sense of vagueness and rejection to new products.The study begins by exploring the composition of common experiences in elders with dementia and the reasons of their fuzzification,and then conducts a survey on the common experiences of elders with dementia,categorizing the fuzzification of these experiences into four levels:instinctive,prompt,re-identification,and agnosia.Based on this,four design strategies are proposed:element association,functional prompts,enhanced feedback,and prototype replacement.These strategies applied into the product design of shape and interactive interface for elders with dementia can reduce the sense of vagueness in their product cognition and operation.The findings of this research are expected to be applied in design practice to delay the progress of dementia and enhance the self-care abilities of elders with dementia.
