摘　　要：研究提出以影响为中心的智能个人助理设计策略,旨在利用智能手段提升老龄群体的主观幸福感。首先,运用文献研究法,系统梳理了面向老龄群体的智能个人助理和以影响为中心的设计研究现状。其次,运用模型构建法,将设计出发点作为横轴,以影响为中心的设计目标作为纵轴,生成以影响为中心的智能个人助理设计策略。再次,通过案例分析对设计策略进行解释说明。最后,开展智能个人助理设计实践验证策略。研究提出了9种智能个人助理设计策略,分别为:推动健康生活(健康指导、社交活动、安全设施)、建设和谐社区(情感陪同、沟通媒介、社交场所)、贡献宜居环境(效益回馈、交流平台、环境调控),实践验证表明:文章提出的设计策略从健康生活、和谐社区、宜居环境等多角度产生积极影响,有助于增进目标用户的主观幸福感,为面向老龄群体的智能设计创新提供了新思路。This study proposes an impact-centered design strategy for intelligent personal assistants,aiming to enhance the subjective well-being of the elderly by using intelligent methods.First,the literature review method is applied to systematically summarize the current research on intelligent personal assistants for the elderly and impact-centered design.Then,the model construction method is used,with the design starting point as the horizontal axis and impact-centered design goals as the vertical axis,generating an impact-centered design strategy for intelligent personal assistants.Next,case analysis is used to explain the design strategy,followed by the implementation of a design practice to justify the strategy.The study proposes nine design strategies for intelligent personal assistants,which are:promoting a healthy lifestyle(health guidance,social activities,safety facilities),building a harmonious community(emotional companionship,communication media,social spaces),and contributing to a livable environment(benefit feedback,communication platforms,environmental control).The practical validation shows that the proposed design strategies have a positive impact from multiple angles,such as healthy living style,harmonious communities,and livable environments,and help enhance the subjective well-being of the target users,providing new insights into intelligent design innovations for the elderly.
