省域家具产业创新发展路径研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：推动家居产业高质量发展是我国构建新发展格局的重要内容,推动传统家具产业集群转型升级是各省域实现高质量发展的重要途径之一。结合中国家具产业的发展现状及趋势,探索省域家具产业创新发展研究的大环境,再聚焦湖南省家具产业创新发展环境与转型升级困境,探讨省域家具产业的高质量发展如何结合自身现状有针对性地提出发展路径。通过资料收集、文献阅读、实地调研与案例佐证总结出限制湖南省产业转型升级的问题主要表现在三个方面:“产业集群布局松散,产业链协同效能低”“家具人才结构失衡,人才磁场引力不足”“设计同质化较突出,区域品牌势能羸弱”。经过全面系统地分析问题,围绕产业集群、智能制造、人才队伍、家具设计四个维度提出了湖南省家具产业创新发展路径,助力其产业转型升级、提升竞争力。同时本研究也为其他省域家具产业创新发展提供借鉴和参考。Promoting the high-quality development of home furnishing industry is an important part of China's construction of a new development pattern,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional furniture industry clusters is an important way for all provinces to achieve highquality development.Combined with the development status and trend of China's furniture industry,this paper explored the general environment of innovation and development research of provincial furniture industry.It then focused on the innovation and development environment and transformation and upgrading dilemma of the furniture industry in Hunan Province,discussing the targeted development paths for the provincial furniture industry to achieve high-quality development based on its own current situation.Through data collection,literature review,field research and case evidence,it was concluded that the problems restricting the industrial transformation and upgrading of Hunan Province were mainly manifested in three aspects:"loose layout of industrial clusters and low coordination efficiency of industrial chains","imbalanced furniture talent structure and insufficient talent attractiveness"and"prominent design homogenization and weak regional brand potential".With a comprehensive and systematic analysis of these problems,the innovative development path of the furniture industry in Hunan Province was proposed around the four dimensions of industrial cluster,intelligent manufacturing,talent team and furniture design,so as to help its industrial transformation and upgrading and enhance its competitiveness.At the same time,this study also provided reference for the innovation and development of furniture industry in other provinces.
