基于QFD及模糊信息公理的设计专用教室课桌椅功能设计研究

摘  要:为改善高校设计专业学生上课学习环境、提高学习课桌椅的适配性,提升学生学习效率,以设计专业学生专用教室课桌椅为研究对象,通过观察法、访谈法、聚类分析,构建高校设计类专用教室学习课桌椅功能需求。结合QFD及模糊信息公理进行关键功能设计需求分析,筛选设计类专用教室课桌椅最佳关键功能设计要素,包括开放式收纳装置、移动装置、手动高度调节装置、定点伸缩杆、局部机械调节装置、直线型拼接、转轴式折叠装置7个关键功能设计要素,并与其余附加功能设计参数结合;有效转化功能设计要素,提出功能设计优化方向,可形成设计类专用教室课桌椅的功能设计方案,并为设计类专业教室课桌椅的功能设计研究提供理论参考依据。In order to improve the learning environment for students majoring in design in universities,enhance the adaptability of learning desks and chairs,and increase the learning efficiency,this paper takes the desks and chairs in classrooms for design students as the research object,and constructs their functional requirements through observation,interview and cluster analysis.Combined with Quality Function Development(QFD)and fuzzy information axiom,the key functional design requirements are analyzed,and the best key function design elements for the desks and chairs of design-specific classroom are selected,including 7 key function design elements of open storage device,mobile device,manual height adjustment device,fixed-point extendable rod,local mechanical adjustment device,linear splicing device and rotary shaft folding device with other additional functional design parameters.This research effectively transforms functional design elements and proposes optimization directions for functional design,forming a functional design scheme for the desks and chairs of design-specific classroom,and providing theoretical reference for the research on functional design related to desks and chairs of design-specific classrooms.
