摘　　要：瑶族刺绣是我国省级非物质文化遗产,研究以瑶绣文化为切入点,旨在结合感性工学、层次分析法及TRIZ理论,探讨瑶绣纹样在儿童积木桌设计中的创新应用,促进瑶族文化的传承和发展。基于感性工学方法,建立儿童积木桌的样本空间并进行感性意象词汇收集。对意象词汇进行聚类分析,使用语义差异法计算意象词汇的平均分以进行因子分析。运用层次分析法构建儿童积木桌设计层次结构模型并进行权重结果计算,确定感性词汇与儿童积木桌设计的关联性,最终通过TRIZ创新理念指导设计实践。结合感性工学、AHP层次分析法及TRIZ创新理念的设计模型能够深入挖掘用户需求,得到融合瑶绣文化特色的创新设计方案。将感性工学运用于产品设计可以在设计中突出瑶绣文化特色,同时满足现代审美需求,提升产品的文化价值,为传统瑶绣在现代社会中的创新发展提供方向。Yao embroidery is a provincial intangible cultural heritage in China,and this study takes Yao embroidery culture as an entry point,aiming at adopting Kansei engineering,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method and TRIZ theory to explore the innovative application of Yao embroidery patterns in the design of children's building block table and promote the inheritance and development of Yao culture.Based on the Kansei engineering method,a sample space of children's building block table is established and Kansei image vocabulary is collected.The image vocabulary was clustered and its mean score was calculated by using the semantic difference method for factor analysis.The AHP method was used to construct a hierarchical structure model of children's building block table design and weighting results were calculated to determine the correlation between the Kansei image vocabulary and the design of children's building block table,and ultimately to guide the design practice through the TRIZ innovation concept.The design model combined Kansei engineering,AHP method with TRIZ innovation concept can deeply explore user's needs and obtain an innovative design solution integrated with the characteristics of Yao embroidery culture.The application of Kansei engineering in product design can highlight the cultural characteristics of Yao embroidery,meet the modern aesthetic demand,enhance the cultural value of products,and provide a direction for the innovative development of traditional Yao embroidery in the modern society.
