复愈性环境视角下公共图书馆室内空间用户体验影响研究

摘　　要：随着社会心理健康问题的日益突出,公共图书馆作为社会公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,其室内空间在改善用户心理与情感状态方面的功能更加受到重视。本文基于复愈性环境理论,探讨公共图书馆室内空间对用户体验的作用。通过文献研究、问卷调查与实地调研,分析不同用户群体对室内空间环境的需求,并通过频率分析与卡方检验,揭示复愈性环境要素需求的差异性与一致性。在此基础上,构建了复愈性环境影响用户体验的理论模型,并通过案例分析验证其适用性。最后,提出符合用户生理需求、情感需求以及动态可持续发展需求的空间营造和管理策略,为未来图书馆室内空间的复愈性设计提供参考。With the increasing prominence of social mental health problems,public libraries are regarded as an important part of the social public cultural service system,and their interior spaces’role in improving users’psychological and emotional state has received more attention.Based on the restorative environment theory,this paper explores the role of interior space in public libraries on user experience.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and field research,we analyze the needs of different user groups for interior space environment,and through frequency analysis and chi-square test,we reveal the differences and consistency of the needs for restorative environment elements.On this basis,a theoretical model of the influence of restorative environment on user experience is constructed,and its applicability is verified through case studies.Finally,a space creation and management strategy that meets users'physiological,emotional,and dynamic sustainable development needs is proposed,providing references for future restorative designs of library interior spaces.
