摘 要:为了提升睡眠障碍人群的用户满意度,文章针对智能睡眠夜灯的需求进行分析,提出了一种基于KANO-AHP-TOPSIS混合模型的产品开发方法。首先,根据前期用户访谈和问卷调研的结果应用KANO模型划分用户需求属性,并利用层次分析法(AHP,Analytic Hierarchy Process)确定需求权重;其次,根据KANO-AHP分析结果设计产品方案;最后通过TOPSIS模型对方案进行综合评价。研究表明,该模型能有效挖掘用户需求并指导创新设计,所设计方案在用户满意度上优于市场同类产品。将KANO、AHP和TOPSIS方法进行综合应用,可以更科学地挖掘用户需求、聚焦设计要素和评价设计方案,同时能够为其它产品创新设计提供思路。To enhance user satisfaction among individuals with sleep disorders,this study analyzes the requirements for intelligent sleep night lights and proposes a product development approach based on the KANO-AHP-TOPSIS hybrid model.First,the KANO model is used to categorize the attributes of user needs based on results from user interviews and questionnaires,and then adopt the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weights of these needs.Next,product solutions are designed based on the outcomes of the KANO-AHP analysis.Finally,the TOPSIS model is used to comprehensively evaluate the proposed solutions.The results indicate that this model effectively identifies user needs and guides innovative design,with the designed solutions achieving higher user satisfaction than similar products on the market.The integrated application of the KANO,AHP,and TOPSIS methods offers a more scientific approach to identifying user needs,focusing on design elements,and evaluating design solutions,while also offering insights for the innovative design of other products.
