类型学视角下城市社区零散空间模块化更新研究

摘　　要：从类型学的视角出发,深入探讨并研究当前城市社区中存在的零散空间,并通过模块化设计的方法,对这些空间的类型和需求进行详尽的分析、拆解和归纳。在此基础上,针对这些零散空间的独特特点,设计出能够满足其特定需求的模块化构建方案。同时,结合类型学研究与模块化设计思维的共性,致力于寻找一种通用的设计路径,这种路径将适用于城市社区中各种零散空间的模块化设计。最终目标是为城市社区的更新改造提供有价值的参考和指导。From the perspective of typology,this paper explored and studied the scattered spaces in present urban communities and employed modular design methods to systematically analyze,deconstruct and categorize the types and needs of these spaces.Based on this,it designed a modular construction plan according to the unique features of scattered spaces to meet their specific needs.At the same time,it aimed to establish a universal design approach by integrating the commonalities of typological research and modular design thinking to suit diverse scattered spaces,providing valuable references and guidance for the renewal and transformation of urban communities.
